    Corruption of Champions and Trials in Tainted Space. Both are text-based RPGs in which CoC is medieval fantasy flavoured whereas TiTS is space-based sci-fi. There's also a CoC2 which retains the medieval fantasy setting, but with TiTS newer and much more involved gameplay.

    Pretty much this. I think that making the effort to really get into that aspect of "keeping" a harem would just get in the way of whatever overarching story a game was intended to have. One would think that it's not that easy to write, especially if branching in-game choices are involved...

    Incubus City is pretty rape-y and impregnation may happen as a result, but it takes a couple of playthroughs (or cheating) to get a number of the good storylines and choices.
