You'll find that a lot of people in threads of harem games will disagree with your first point. Netori is often welcome (MC steals girl), but netorare (MC's girl is stolen) and netorase (MC wants his girl stolen) are not, and "ntr" is most often used to describe netorare.

Heh. You're getting a bit overenthusiastic, though it's no harm done. I posted what I had in my notes and from memory, so I can't be sure of the specifics of dialogue, though I recall either the MC or the neighbor's wife mentioning her being married but it's not a big focus of the conversation/scene.

I'm not the dev or associated to the dev in any way, so I can't speak to future content in any way. I just keep very good notes because I play a LOT of these games and don't like having to go back and replay to remember what's going on or who's done what with whom. There is a very strong likelihood just from personalities and discussions that the sister will want the MC to have sex with her daughters, both the one she has with the MC and the older one who we (the players) don't know the father of currently. The older niece already actively wants the MC, and probably wants him to impregnate her.

The ex-wife storyline you mention may be good for a game, but not this one. The entire point of this one is that the ex-wife is a complete cunt, and literally everyone hates her. The 'fangirls' I've mentioned are fans of the MC specifically because of how he behaved during a very public and messy divorce trial with her, and the protectiveness and love he showed in keeping his daughter safe from her. The publicity was due to him being a popular major league baseball player prior to the divorce. There are also strong suggestions that she cheated on him constantly during their marriage, so no one in the game likes her at all, and most harem players would hate having her involved in any way.

Lastly, the questions up there I can answer: (1) the three possibly-incidental women are all women who were at the gym where the MC met the personal trainer that he later fucked; she is a friend of the MC's older niece. Two have no speaking roles at all, and the third doesn't say anything meaningful. (2) the teacher is mentioned in a single throwaway line, but she is called 'Ms' [Surname], so it is likely she is not married.

Cucking other guys doesn't look like it will be a focus of the game, nor does fucking married women. If those are specifically the kinks you're looking for, this probably isn't the place to find them other than incidentally in the one LI I've mentioned. Try games like "Money or Morals" or "Taking Advantage" for that, or search for "netori".

I noticed the first gym scene seems broken or missing steps as the MC finishes in the gym then heads to the showers, 2 comments and suddenly he is in the shower with Runa. So I am guessing the comments were a bit to early as he expected Paige to drop in. I think an image of being in the shower alone first would have fitted better.
