I was wondering what the fuck was going on with the character models
so much so I had to open DAZ and look for the morph sliders labeled "Heroin Addict" and "Roided Gym Rat"
I woulda preferred if they fixed the models before releasing the update
they are so bad it really put me off the game

If you look at the starting images, like chapter 1 vs mid chapter 2 through the rest of 3, slowly the boddies morph so almost inhuman like muscle groups, not to mention the daughter looks like she is strung out on heroin. Like, the huge list of what can be improved here, please polish your product more before you release it, clearly your DAZ morphs are loading incorrectly from your library. The dev who did Avalon has something similar happen but i forgot how he fixed it. This feels like your A-typical build a fanbase asap, get those ppl who love loli content and taboo shit regardless of the insanely weak story.

Look that might be mean, but its obvious you don't review your renders before processing them, which makes me think, "Here comes another quick cash grab." And just so you know, the community as a whole is so sick of that shit. Take a bit of pride in what you release, if you do, it will stand out alot more for its content rather than the shock value of that content. <3

That is flat-out wrong. Lingus has been trying to fix the muscle-morph issue for months, and several people tried to help, without success. The choice he had keep going in circles, or to go ahead with what he had. I for one am glad and released 0.03 - even with the suboptimal visuals, I found it quite enjoyable.

Well I offered a solution. Contact the dev of Avalon. He had a similar issue, and has fixed said issue. Im sure he would help. Go fix it before the rat/mole people take over the game.

There's actually a few missing renders there that make that sequence quite confusing (in the script there's comments of what should be there). It's supposed to go: workout session ends, Runa tells you to hit the showers, she walks away and you look at her ass and think "Nice", missing renders where you walk to and get in the shower, another missing render where you look down and see a hand on your chest, then you thinking "Naughty girl" and saying "Well Miss Paige, what happened to not wanting our first time to be out in public?" followed by Runa saying "I knew there was more to the story than she was telling me."

It's supposed to go: workout session ends, Runa tells you to hit the showers, she walks away and you look at her ass and think "Nice", missing renders where you walk to and get in the shower, another missing render where you look down and see a hand on your chest, then you thinking "Naughty girl" and saying "Well Miss Paige, what happened to not wanting our first time to be out in public?" followed by Runa saying "I knew there was more to the story than she was telling me."

I found that section with the missing code and amended "Chapter3.rpy" with the following:
scene 3050059 with dissolve
$ renpy.pause (5.0)
#shower
#MC feels hands on his chest
scene 3050060 with dissolve
$ renpy.pause (5.0)

and tried play again and progress now looks good.

Seems #shower and #MC feels hands on his chest are the place markers for the missing images/

I sent a copy of my post to the dev via DM and they confirmed that the solution worked. Its not exactly quick to re-render everything, so it may take some time before an update is out. I know it's a lot to ask of adult game forum users, but some patience will be required.

On another note, I can't believe Daz doesn't use a QA script that checks all the variables in vendor sold files so customers aren't horribly confused by weird issues like this. Even without that, a simple prompt to ask the Daz Studio user "Default morphs changed, are you sure you want these morphs to always be on?" would make this issue non-existent. It reminds me of when I started playing World Of Tanks and thought "Hey, this is actually neat. Too bad the company behind it is such a piece of shit."

I used to dink around with Poser, way back in the day before DAZ Studio was a thing (and when it was just barely getting started). I don't recall ever having an issue like that with Poser; then again it was a paid program whereas DAZ Studio is free, so they had more incentive to fix bugs and keep the quality high. Then DAZ Studio came out, it was free and "good enough" for casual users and Poser couldn't compete with free. So now, dumb shit like this never gets fixed. It may or may not have to do with the fact that DAZ is headquartered in Utah, which has a 75% Mormon population, and the DAZ Studio devs might figure, "Well if people clothe their figures, like God intended, they would never notice stuff like this!"

I like the humour in the game but I'm starting to think facial rendering isn't DEV's forte.
In some scenes the girls look cute in others not so........ I still thought meh, "difficult to get it right all the time" until I got to dinner with Stefani scenes. OMFG!!!! Rather than a 20 year old *wink wink* She looked like a mummified zombie. Gave me a fright she did.

PS. just read above that it may be a DAZ issue. Hope there's a fix. 'Roided up Amazonian zombies takes away from the immersion.

I am so glad I wasnt the only one to notice. I swear I thought I was going crazy as all the characters were slowly becoming more weird looking. Every one was getting some chad jaw. The tall bitch had a chimp face. Everyone slowly morphed into having an upsidedown triangle body. It was like a decent into madness.

Yeah, well he's figured out the issue and moving forward they will look normal again

Not surprised by this, but nice to know something was actually missing rather than just feeling like it. Since character models need to be fixed anyway, this is something else that can be added to the repair list.

Now, to get the ladies dialog to dial back the attitude. One of them behaving that way is fine, but all of them? I kind of like the sister being this way, you could always dress her up as the short-tempered tomboy who never grew out if it, but with so many that speak in the same manner it's like there is only one personality for all characters. Makes everything seem flat. If this is the dev's first game/story, then I can see why it would read that way. Fortunately, I like the story so far, I'd just like to see a little more life in the characters. The story of this game actually reminds me of one I wrote and posted to an archive that no longer exists almost 10 years ago. The similarities end with the brother and sister who become lovers, the 3 daughters they have between them, and MC's magic dick that all women want, including his lesbian daughter and her girlfriend. My story was called Am I Dating My Sister, a joke started because of when my MC told his daughter he was going to spend an evening with her aunt, she asked him "Are you dating your sister?". I had planned for him to ask her the same thing as a bit of a tension breaker when they found out he was also the father of her girlfriend, but life got in the way, and I never went back. I never got the story written past the date where the brother and sister actually became lovers. The daughter and her girlfriend was supposed to be the two chapters after that.
