A question, is 12 days enough time to change and re-age an entire update, but also this dev has historically given us small updates. So maybe that is possible.

Sure, if the dev is smart and saves each render as a duf file, all they have to do is edit the character once, and save the changes. Then reload each render, import the change, then save it again. Then at night when they go to bed they can put as many of those in queue to render as they know can complete overnight. Then do the same the next day. I would say having to re-render an entire update would take like 5-10% of the time as making it, since from what ive seen most of the time is posing/setting up the scene. Especially if they use renderqueue. Also keep in mind that only scenes with those characters would need to be re-rendered. So that might be as little as 20-50% of the total renders needing updated.

I would rather this all not be true. I hate when devs make major changes to shit like this either for greed or for some other stupid reason. Such as removing incest mid story, or worse, using the incest tag and teasing incest through most of the story and then at the end "oh, you are not really related!". But in the images I looked at, that girl looked a lot taller/older than the ones in the OP. So I guess we just wait to see what the truth is.

The Dev has said nothing. There has been update teasers where Sara looks noticeably aged up, but others where she does not. Everyone needs to wait for the release to see what happened.

I haven't looked into it but just going by the fact he's put in effort on potential model changes I'd imagine It'll probably go the route of apartment69, where the content is altered/removed/hidden and we'll need to patch the game.

Not really a big deal at the end of the day.

I didn't mind the story as much, but no, it wasn't great. Sara was the best thing about it. I mean, I'm assuming now they're going to change Yuri and her other friend, the redhead? They're the same age as Sara as well. But clearly, hands down, the best thing about this VN was Sara. What would happen to some of the bigger loli games (like the one in my avatar for instance) if suddenly they grew a couple of feet and were aged forward 10 or so years? Fucking mutiny. That's what would happen. All the subs and notoriety the game had would've been gone instantly. As a $40/sub to that dev myself, I'd go absolutely ballistic as to me, it's one of the best VNs out there of that type.

I doubt it's a flash forward thing here. She was heightened by at least 18 or so inches, aged at least 8-10 years. As it was said, her pig-tails don't belong on her head anymore, it just looks like something that shouldn't exist. Like, hide it under the stairs and the dark corner so no one sees it. Blasphemy is what it is. One the cutest girls I've ever seen in a VN just...metaphorically murdered.

I had to do a search to find out what the fuck QRD stood for. Dark silver in their infinite wisdom decided to change their game from an incest based game to a straight up NTR based where you couldn't get rid of that dickless fucking wonder and the DEV did this without warning and just dropped it on everyone when they made and uploaded the one update. The second they did this there was a mass exodus of people who started to jump ship and the only reason that they didn't sink out of sight is because they mad dash and reverted it back to the way it was before everyone was gone. Since most of their player base was there for the incest it was the only logical outcome when you drop something like this on your main player base. I myself never went back till someone made a mod that got rid of them with the push of a button.
