discussion Complete VN Ren'Py DAZ Oh Daddy [v1.0 Full] [Nightaku]

I didn't mind the story as much, but no, it wasn't great. Sara was the best thing about it. I mean, I'm assuming now they're going to change Yuri and her other friend, the redhead? They're the same age as Sara as well. But clearly, hands down, the best thing about this VN was Sara. What would happen to some of the bigger loli games (like the one in my avatar for instance) if suddenly they grew a couple of feet and were aged forward 10 or so years? Fucking mutiny. That's what would happen. All the subs and notoriety the game had would've been gone instantly. As a $40/sub to that dev myself, I'd go absolutely ballistic as to me, it's one of the best VNs out there of that type.

I doubt it's a flash forward thing here. She was heightened by at least 18 or so inches, aged at least 8-10 years. As it was said, her pig-tails don't belong on her head anymore, it just looks like something that shouldn't exist. Like, hide it under the stairs and the dark corner so no one sees it. Blasphemy is what it is. One the cutest girls I've ever seen in a VN just...metaphorically murdered.

It's been awhile since I visited this but I did get the feeling the youth was one of the few things driving this game. If that is gone then I think it's safe to say it offers nothing. The writing was pretty atrocious from what I recall (could be confusing with another title) but yeah I'm not sure what the author is going for.

Assuming some subscription method is steering you away from your core audience, I would look into something else or ditch it entirely. If not you're pretty much going to get the latter from people supporting you.

Judging by this preview NT posted in his discord server, I think you and Beowulf might be right. I still hope it's just a bad angle to make the screenshot. But if Sara really no longer looks like a loli, I'm gonna unsubscribe and move on to another loli/incest/inbreeding game developer. On that preview she looks like at least 20 yo which is a "meh" to me.

The writing was definitely lackluster in this one, though not as actively atrocious as Maou fucking Sama. That game is chock full of lolis but I just could not force myself through another minute of its mentally defective writing. And it's not just from the dev being a non-native English speaker, that shit is brain herpes in any language. I swear I lost five I.Q. points permanently from the brain bleed brought on by that piece of shit "game".

Honestly I play the Maou-Sama games for the same reason I "Played" this one. I can ignore bad writing and just have a good fap when a cute loli is jumping on the screen. However, by the same logic Maou-Sama would also be beyond repair and ignored if it also had all its loli's aged up and incest scrubbed away. I am a degenerate goddammit if I wanted censorship I wouldn't be tugging my meat to loli incest games LOL. The problem is compounded even further due to the fact that the niche is very small and only has a handful of devs to begin with. So every time one caves to censorship cries we lose another gem from the tiny group we had to begin with. In a perfect world I could afford to pass up the ones with bad writing because I'd have a ton more to turn to since I can't I try to just look past the problems and appreciate every time another one of these rarities shows up.

Sarah is super cute, and it started out well. However the abrupt endings in every scene is kind of a letdown. It still have a lot of hot scenes though. The last updates have been short, but I'm not going to let them be a reason for this game being a lost cause. @Nightaku obvioulsy have a real talent for nice graphics. The scenes (while short and abrupt) are actually hot.

I get you. I feel the same way, but Maou-Sama's level of stupid was just too much for me to handle. I need at least a meager pretense of intelligence and plot to stay with a game.

Before I pull the plug on this game, I will wait for the actual release and see if the games version of Sara matches the teaser to make my decision. It was pointed out to me by another dev that sometimes the teases are aged upto to help stay off the radar, while the actual game does not age up.

Hey @Nicest_Incest this will shock you, just like it did me. The developer released an update on ATF Check out the attached photo.View attachment 28842

She is not aged up here in an update from around March 3rd. I'll hold out hope. Has anyone seen a response from NT since the uproar started?

Not here, that's for sure, but those pictures that were posted that caused all this made her look like she was taller. And she's wearing the same robe in those pictures that she's wearing in that picture. Don't know what to think, but in the uproar causing pictures, she looks at least a foot and a half taller.

So if he aged her up just to keep her off the censor radar, that's fine. Good work actually. But I guess it just has to be seen to be believed. Here's hoping she's still the way she should be and not an 18-20 year old with piggy-tails

I agree with you, and I'll hope for the best but I am not optimistic.

Even F95 people think she was aged up, and they're just as pissed there as we are here. The more I think about it, the madder I get. I just a sinking stomach-knot tightening feeling that we're going to be screwed out of another game. I know we can't do or say nothing unless it's full-on speculation. I kept the game on the hard drive in hoping that maybe it's something we're blowing out of proportion.

I don't want to be a broken record here until the release actually comes out, but we need to find out what's happening. DISCORD, itch.io, SubStar, whatever. I'm already giving nearly $120/month to devs so I can't do another one just to get the short skinny on the deal with Sara. But someone out there has to know something

[Myuhinny]

Well if they did change her then we'll get to see if they sink as fast as Dark silver did when they pulled that shit in the middle of big brother.

Sums up how I feel about all of this, and yeah, if that's the case and she's now bigger, then this game is not long for the world

Now that I just relooked at the older photo and the newer ones, is the the other girl supposed to be the same girl in both updates? If so she was the friend not only made taller but her chest grew to D cups? I'm so confused. And this topic is going wild on 3 different sites not named Discord. So making tidal waves in the genre right now.
edit**added** The friend in a sweater in the new post appears to have the same eyes as the friend in the older post, I could be wrong.

I have no idea. They look different to me but it's also almost11:30 PM and way the fuck past my bedtime. I don't know what the hell is happening but I can tell you unless we hear straight from Nightaku, I think we're screwed. I hope .8 is close to release because I want to see what the hell happened since we're most likely not going to hear from the horse's mouth here.

If this is a real, serious change to Sara (and to probably every other girl her age, or what was her age in this game) I have one word that comes to mind...MUTINY

Oh, what could've been if all this is true

I'm going to bed.

[oldfart69]

More teaser from around March 3rd. And they are not the new versions.

Yeah same here, 26 SS subs. Nightaku stopped being one of them in Nov due to all the radio silence, even before Sara was de-jailbaited. Now all my remaining subs give progress reports (even if it's just to say nothing was done because they didn't feel like working on it) every 1-2 weeks if they want to keep getting my money. Lack of communication is the quickest way to make me unsub.

WOW Okay, what a thing to wake up to.

She looks fine here, beautiful in fact. So, we just spent 3 or 4 days losing our shit and she looks amazing. Not aged-up at all. We gave this thread some activity and all, but wow, I have no idea what to believe. She looks fabulous here. Only the actual update needs to be seen, but according to these, everything's just fine.

UNLESS between March 3rd and now, something happened.

I'm so confused

Also, I was thinking, I kind of hope the wife DOESN'T come back into the picture or if she does there's some sort of harem option or something available that doesn't include her. Maybe when she comes back, the MC will be so satisfied from Sara and her friends that he'll tell the wife to fuck off.

Yup, sounds good to me.

Yes, obviously she looks wonderful in this and so do her friends, but ... who knows?

I'll wait and see and who knows April first is around the corner so it could be an elaborate April fool's joke or something.
