That actually happens everytime a dev goes afk outside their regular schedule for more than a week without an official statement. The dev of AOA Academy one morning simply deleted all of their online accounts last year (August? I forget) without a goodbye or a peep anywhere and rumors are still cooking, everything from they were based in Singapore and beaten to death with a rattan cane (just possessing porn of any type is illegal there, producing it will get you prison and a few lashes) to aliens kidnapped them to they had a mental breakdown and are now in a nuthouse and just about everything in between. Besides that you should hear some of the entitled whiners demanding more updates and an ending (probably screaming at the wind, since their F95 account was deleted as well), real life consequences or problems whatever they are be damned (including ignoring your rumored terminal cancer diagnosis and finish the damned story before you die). I mean damn it's sad when an AVN you actually keep up with and look forward to the next update to gets abandoned but sometimes shit happens. Some of them should probably only stick to AVN's that are marked as completed rather than get attached to one still under construction and is not guaranteed to be finished.

That's why I like it better here, people understand the developers a little bit, but it is true that some of them just disappear without explanations and also continue earning money without publishing or giving anything. Mine was a problem with the pc that burned my graphics, and only in January I could buy a new computer. But we are already in full work without rest.

But I do not know what size this update is currently heading to. The progress maybe a ton of work if it is a large update, but most of your updates have not been on the large size up to now.

I know I am being hard here, and I wish that I was not being, cause I truly love this game. I think Sara is so hot, also I want to find out what mom has been doing on her "business trip". Want to see if the F+D seen on the picnic having sex by the lake, finally meet up the Sara & MC. There are so many paths that have yet to play out. Please get back to your shorter update postings, and keep us informed without the disappearing from time to time.

Yeah if I get that sort of income with my AVN I'm building a proper render server (48GB Quadro, not a gaming card) when Daz assets are mostly covered with full redundancy and spares with daily backups (too many stories of dev HDD failures with months of rendering lost). Something breaks = back up in a few minutes at most, not months, while replacement spare for what broke is ordered and obtained in maybe a week or 2. Granted none of that is a trivial expense (Quadro card alone = $8k, x2 including a spare) and might take a few releases/a year to have the cash to actually buy but it pays for itself rather quickly when you rely on your rig working 24/7 to eat and pay rent. I might be way off with the following (like most here I don't personally know Nightaku) but with my unusually high jaded cynicism the first thing that comes to mind when someone has $9-10k a month coming in (probably well over $200k in total since initial release) yet no money for a reliable rendering machine or spare parts for months when it breaks is a drug habit, a gambling addiction and/or paying off a loan shark that's getting financial priority.

Yeah an older version of that (~80% done) was on his Discord awhile back. Not holding my breath after getting marked abandoned on F95 (probably at the dev's request, they normally wait a year of no activity for doing so otherwise), but if v0.8 is actually released I'll resub on his SS.

Over there it's 3 months of no activity from a DEV on all of the sites they're on for a game to get the abandoned tag I think a year of no activity might be when a thread is onhold. I used to report games all the time when they were 3 months or more of no activity from a DEV.

12 /18 months - no update (no matter how many posters they produce)

What has me scratching my head though, and I think I've said it before.

Sara doesn't want to share the MC. But yet, he has Yuri and Alice coaxing them to go after him. I know adults she doesn't want near him, but you would think she'd want him to herself and not even her friends near him either from how it reads, but since I find Alice and definitely Yuri hot, it's not that big of a deal. I know Sara just wants to keep the women away, like Samantha

Found this update tonight, it was posted last night on NT's discord. I found it on that site that by their actions creates the reason that LC was started in the 1st place. You can see by her look that Sara has been changed, and in my opinion not for the better. I think I maybe done with this game soon. I hate when in the middle of the game they gain attention from the "do-gooders" and get reported and move unto the power that censor radar. Not a pleasant place to be when you are trying to sell the VN. The original buyers will soon leave, and the people who demanded the changes will never buy a game in this genre. I feel sorry for NT.

WTF happened to Sara? Unless that's her mom or it's a dream sequence she went from 10 to 15-20 = bullshit, fapping to the 10yo version of her is why I originally subbed. If one is going to change the main character that everyone subs for from loli to not loli might as well not bother and just retire. If she was actually aged this is almost as bad as adding unavoidable NTR to an AVN that originally didn't have it. At least he could have given everyone a heads up on what he was doing the past 5 months and why, besides that bullshit broken video card excuse (if it's legal reasons he should have just moved to the US, where all imaginable cartoon porn is legal) instead of radio silence and then sucker punch us all with this, god dammit. Oh well, I guess Ketzal/Westy/Blackheart/Ric0H/other loli dev's that are smart enough to not drastically change the main characters/age the lolis so they are not lolis anymore that everyone subs for will get the money instead.

Thing is, the game just isn't good enough without its loli angle. Not much of a story, decent to mid-renders, not a great posting schedule.
There's just nothing that makes this special anymore since all that remains is a generic incest game without any edge that would make it stand out.
If this update is what it looks like, I think it's going to be the death of this game, I say that since I'm sure most of the current supporters support this game for the one reason that is going to be removed.
Just saying, never played this for its great gameplay or story
