They’re probably not invested enough to update the codebase for Firefox users, who make up only about 3% (may be higher but not significant) of the overall community. They can do hard protections against ad blockers if they choose to

if i remember correctly, maybe 3 - 4 years ago? I was using adblock, and one day it stopped working, which is why i switched to ublock origin

And maybe I experienced some extremely short (10 - 20 minutes max) periods where YT seemed to have enforced their anti ad-blocker things, but generally switching to another one or waiting for it to be updated was enough

To be confirmed, but fun fact: it seems people that use adblockers are not taken into account in a YT channels' viewers stats

and I remember seeing a video at the time explaining why youtube/ google struggled to win the war against adblockers despite a lot of money invested in the matter

ublock origin still works perfectly fine on YT. At least w firefox haven't had any issues in the past days/ months/ years

Yeah it worked, I logged in with my alt (the same one I used with the IP that was banned, so I thought it'd be banned too, but strangely enough, it isn't), though the brave://content/settings/all doesn't work, it's probably an old address that's no longer used because it says it doesn't exist.

Btw I logged in with Tor (using BraveGOD), I didn't risk logging in with the base browser because I don't know where to delete the F95 data.

I believe you ARE earning them, it just takes time (days) for them to register... for some reason. LewdCoins are updated instantly though

Some changes are being made on the site since the new template came out, I remember I had some prior to this, and now I have none

Just don't bother with it, you both actually have enough coins to get member+, which for now is the only useful thing this whole system is made for

"Uploader" refers to the second option. 1st one would be called developers usually

I was on the old site a few months ago, you could buy something for 75 activity coins, but I cant remember what.

I use one called Adblock for Youtube. It updates to keep up with YouTube's anti-adblock bullshit.

sorry you had to live with that, seems like its a huge complaint these days.
over 100 years of removing men's rights & giving them to woman didn't fix the problem, it only made it worse.
men & men's lives mean less every day it seems.

discord is not important, this is why you need extra login credentials for your emails, at least your main email account

Since we are on the topic of monetization circumvention; Anyone else notice that you can no longer use archive.today for NYTimes? Back to using Reader mode for The Athletic now. Which ironically was easier anyway. I guess this had something to do with AI scrappers stealing articles from what I read.

just save the code for the article page & edit out the java script (bam free news) or just get it off another site that pays royalties for the article

I'm good with non chromium browsers.

I've been using chromium since it was first released in the late 90's, I don't remember its original name but it was after the Linux version & before the big corps bought it up..
it did 3 things.
1 read / showed web pages
2 show in window mode
3 show in full screen mode

it was just an invisible frame with an address bar & nothing more, no menu bar, no bookmarks, no customization, nothing

i haven't found a browser that does all the things I want without adding ad-ons

Yeah same here, always been using firefox + Ublock so I have never noticed these notification from youtube about it detecting ublock that people have been complaining about lately.

Only time I'll ever use a chromium web browser is if a webpage somehow breaks on firefox.

i use ublock full with firefox & every video i try to view on YT doesn't load & it just shows the timestamp trying to load the first second of video over and over until it times out

just flashes between 00:00 & 47:46 (video end time)
