I think the recently released Aoi-Chan game is perfect too despite having really weak H-scenes, it captured the "cohab spirit" perfectly with all the interactions and funny banters. God I fucking love that game, even with me having only watched 3 H-scenes. Games like dog princess, I personally just consider them touch-sims.

Most of the censorship is dependent on the source of the game itself and how much communities have involved on uncensoring them. I usually just assume all of the DLsite ones are censored unless mentioned otherwise or had contributions elsewhere. However, if they're unity games they might be uncensorable easier than usual.
I agree it's also a good idea to add a description if they already are or not.

Cohab life sim where you're the man who just saved a girl from a truck, suddenly turned invisible and teleported into a room with a girl you seem to be familiar but you couldn't see her properly yet.
