so why is it when you account is waiting for approval you can see forms you can't when you get approval? i mean i understand the reason to lock it but why can a pending account able to see them?

I have more or less understood that since you are pending review you still do not have the initial range and when you get the initial range part of the content is blocked and in order to unlock it the games+ range is used and so on
