yeah from what I understand the requirements seem pretty light, it really is just the 7 day wait that you can't really do anything about

ATF not shutting down now

I saw a note on ATF about looking into alternative protocols. I haven't seen the site go down this long before, though I'm also not super active. Is it typical for it to be down for days at a time?
