Minecraft especially with mods,there is so many mods that you can turn Minecraft into really any type of game,I really like mods that add in stuff from other series

Minecraft, because of the massive modding community and the fact that you can easily play older versions. I have seen people turn it into a soul-like game, a rogue-lite or a JRPG before. The only downside I have is decision paralysis.
I also like HOI4, because apparently you get an addiction to it if you read too much history and looking at maps for far too long.

Skyrim, I believe, was the first RPG I ever played, and one of the most "free"—you're not obligated to do anything, not even follow any "class" archetype, something that open-world RPGs love make.
