I would, but it's important that it's told through the gaming medium effectively, otherwise why not tell it through a book or animation like others have said.

There have been a few straight up porn games I have played just for the story once I got invested. There are a couple I don't even think I attempted to fap to, just wanted to see what ended up being the conclusion.

Games are good for the sake of story and choices, otherwise you could just goon to something more straight forward. A cohesive story is really important.

Once in a Lifetime and Eternum would be my top picks for story. There have been a few other games where the story has been ok, but none have come close to those two for me.
