It's not a universal rule, but I think in general, if the "all characters are 18+" disclaimer actually seems like it could plausibly be true (if you squint), then it belongs in Games.
This isn't an exact science though. There are some games in Games that are probably more on the other side of that line. And there's some entries in Games+ that I think are pretty tame.

Enjoyed that game too. Developer said that they will be making a spin-off game based on Money or Morals. Recommend checking their discord out.
