Unless you are deliberately going for a bimbo character, or otherwise have a plot reason to have a character with abnormally large breasts, I'd stick with more natural sizes. As a matter of fact, differing sizes & shapes can be a simple but effective way to make your characters feel more unique.
It's the old "naked test" that artists sometimes mention : "if you take away their trademark clothes, would your character still be recognizable?"
