the bigger the better

[Satsujin]

I would say natural for an adult woman and big for a milf.

[Baynes]

Natural is the way to go. In fact I actually prefer a slightly smaller breast. Large boobs have never done it for me.

[NightAbbys]

Natural is better

I voted before seeing the pics but honestly big might be where it's at they look the best

[thiagodias]

I think big is something most people would be fine with. More than that, I think it would bother some people.

[bobobobobo]

it's all about proportion.
if you use a "fat" model, you can make them bigger.

I'm working on a MILF character for a VN set in space, and I would like to know what breast size is more appealing to you all.
I have also created a poll on pixiv, you can also go there and vote.

Your "natural" are big. "natural" for a healthy size woman is B-C cup, not E cup.

[Adams92]

natural and/or big

[battlemercy]

what if milf is a loli

[Djehuty]

Natural always, regardless of size.

[ab2709]

Natural is pretty big in the pictures...any larger than that is somewhat off putting.

[Temper Six]

I do like natural with a little sag to make them look more natural and not so implanty.

[jhassan]

Unless you are deliberately going for a bimbo character, or otherwise have a plot reason to have a character with abnormally large breasts, I'd stick with more natural sizes. As a matter of fact, differing sizes & shapes can be a simple but effective way to make your characters feel more unique.
It's the old "naked test" that artists sometimes mention : "if you take away their trademark clothes, would your character still be recognizable?"

[unusual7]

can you make it bigger ?

[Skorceni]

Natural all the way, I get the fun of absurdly big ones but they usually look way too silly.

[Kal Kanan]

Natural look way better IMHO.
