Porn created for a female audience seems to be significantly different than the ones that are made for the male audience. It's mostly written stuff, like books or fanfiction, though even i enjoy text based porn games, but I don't think they have much female consumers. Women also seem to be a significant part of people who ERP with AIs, look up the most popular characters and you'll see. But there are also some more visual things geared towards women, just look at Love and Deepspace (though I'm not sure if this game has actual pornographic content)

I often wonder if there are women here, I mean.... there must be. I just don't go looking for them. If I somehow manage to get talking to someone here and they happen to be a woman, then cool... But I'll talk to anyone so long as they're a good person.

what games have you made, id be curious to check them out. Have you ever though about making VR stories with VAM? I like those.
Most of them I can't link to here, as I worked under my real name. I might start adding adult game projects on here in future though (I think I need extra points/currency or something to access that part of the site).

I've worked on a couple of VR (not adult) games in the past, but haven't really considered it recently. I mainly stick to third person 3D.

Game devs make games that they think/hope the market will buy (unless they have more money than sense). And since most game devs have been men (most of my teams were about 90%+ guys) and both the game market and the erotic game market were originally male-focused, the games were made with (primarily) men in mind. So there was/is still less content for women. If I searched for adult games on itch.io (before the culling), it was rare to find anything that a woman would want to play.

That's obviously changing a bit now. But there's still far more content designed specifically for men than there is for women and probably will be for a while yet. It's just the history of the market. So we naturally flock to AI and other mediums that do cater to us (a lot of them now let you incorporate voices and images to make it more immersive). As much as I love gaming, I still use AI ERP every other day as there are very few NSFW games made for straight ladies. Even I make games with both in mind, as I'm not trying to replace what's out there just add to it.

Yes. I'm on a couple of Discords where more than a few of the players are women.
One of the more prominent voices is probably Annie of . RJ Rhodes, the dev of Come Home, is a woman. Nine, the dev of Mythos is an afab enby, there's more diversity in the player base than many think. Probably less visible due to the usual harrassment from the incel manbaby crowd. That's also why many of the female devs use pseudonyms. Which is a pity, but an unfortunate reality.
We're a smaller percentage, but the numbers are growing. Especially as the Otome space has started to creep back to adult content.

I'm sure even the girls on this site are boys

We must gate keep them nonetheless, too many creeps like me lurking around
