That's partly why those games suck. Also too cartoony. Also weird shit like futa and tentacles.

On the flip side they are also the reason why adult games exist in general as the staple of the genre and proving they are commercially viable.

That 'weird shit' is because of legal side stepping of public indecency laws and also why monster girls and kemonomimi (IE animal ears and by extension furries) exist. Because the laws prohibited indecent acts between humans they could claim they were non-humans and did not violate the laws. Though that eventually got legally patched up.

I think it depends on the game, if its a good story and hot enough then I don't really need to have it uncensored. If its something that doesn't really have much in terms of story or doesn't really align to my tastes then having is censored just makes it unplayable.
