Because a common problem is that you can't always complete the mission and therefore to unlock the scene.
You have to load an old save and follow a "different path".
It's a programming code problem.

Degrees of Lewdity, Lilith's Throne, and Being a DIK. The former two because I like the sandbox setting with the many choices and RPG elements, the latter because the story and characters are peak.

Must be one of the Queen Opala games, but mostly because they very long and have a lot of side-content and I like to 100% games

must've been Trials in Tainted Spaces for me... i was genuinely stunlocked by that game for maybe 2 weeks when i first tried it, there's so much content there.
Degrees of Lewdity is of course another one, it's a pretty slow game with a ton of stuff in it, and endless replayability.
