I don't know if you would consider it a "game", but it was one of those old flash movies where you would get a basic animation and text and then click on an arrow to go to the next scene. It involved some sheep, the big bad wolf, and what would happen if he won or something. This was a truly loooooong time ago and my memory is fuzzy.

I wish I could give a specific answer, but it was definitely something on Newgrounds. Finding that shit was a treasure trove back in the day, realizing there was a whole site filled with animated porn, and even some games. Most likely, it was one of the "games" that were basically just someone's animation that required QTEs to advance through. In fact, it was probably one of Zone-Sama's animations, which is a creator I hadn't thought about in a long time.
