So far Ren'Py by far for me. But I am interested to see how it will evolve in the future.

Too bad only one answer choice is available. I equally prefer both RenPy and Unity.
I can't perceive RPGM, to me character movements remind me of archaic games that still worked under DOS. It looks incredibly archaic.
As for Unreal. The engine is good, but the developers' hands are often crooked. No optimization. The system block heats up to the state of an oven (even though I clean it every two weeks). And brakes. Guys, even on top computers amateur xxx games slow down wildly. The key word is “amateur”.

This is one of the most lopsided poll results I have ever seen lol

Renpy as long as the normal comfort features are on. I like my quicksafe and quickload and to go back in history. It is also nice to skip over unseen text, if you lost your save game.

Renpy! especially if your playing on several different platforms...

Ah! I didn't even think about it when making the post!

For sure renpy

I find RPGM extremely annoying and unity has always felt clunky. Even triple A games (like that recent warhammer one) dont feel good.

Only RenPy if it's for visual novels or 18+ games. Unity has a great potential, but almost all developers make ordinary wankers, in fact 2-3 projects are good. And Engine is just complete garbage, they could have made something decent, but no, they brag about how in their games you can change clothes and "look how her ass shakes".
So, only RenPy, even though it's very limited, it's simple and there are those who have already learned it quite well.

Ren'Py stories almost always end up playable. On the other hand RPGM games are always just janky enough that I quit pretty quickly.

Renpy for simple sidescroller storys.
I like Rpgm. When it used wisely, you can make good games with it.
Unity is garbage and i only like it to enhance the quality of RPGM games

I'm going with the majority; Ren'py. Most of the time is simple to take a look at the source and search for missing art.

Renpy because it's simple :)

renpy is the best for vns

RenPy, and RenPy only. Anything else makes me puke.

I prefer Renpy because fast and good story

I like RPG MV if done right. Lots of devs nowadays don't care about optimizing for slower devices.
