If you want to get technical, Lust Epidemic, Treasure of Nadia, The Genesis Order, and then Symphony of the Serpent are all in Universe, in that order. So, they're all sequels and link characters via previous games and crossovers. Sadly, they are not ToN2, which I would've liked to have a sequel of as well.
