Hard to choose one. But Apocalypse for me could take that honor due to the hotness of characters and optionality with its routes.
However, I'd like to put games like SSP, Proud Father, Parental Love, The Tyrant, Snow Daze, Spring City and some other games by the same dev, Sinful Delicacies and Raptus (because of the moms), Milfy City, A New Home, up there as well.

It's got to be Parental Love for now, because of the quality of the writing along with the scenario. Ideal balance of dialogue and inner monologue. An MC who seems like a nice guy but with streaks of domination. Makes a ridiculous scenario kinda plausible. And the whole concept of the wife as a willing cuckquean tops it off.
