Ecchi Sensei. It had such a good start and a lot of content with every update.
In a way it is pretty funny that the merge update killed the game, seeing as it wasn't even supposed to be a content update as far as I know.

Depends on what you want to call content. Merge update was supposed to combine all current content and fix several features (cell phone, character profiles, etc) that bluecat had wanted in the game from the start but always caused bugs. Also would have packed in the holiday specials with the main game too.

It hasn't been abandoned for long, but Fairy Fixer. It's the only (or at least the only good) Winx Club parody game.

Kobald Adventure was nice. Although it was always the type of game that would never be complete. Or only have a few routes completed. But for some reason I liked it.

I would like to see someone do a proper remake/modernization of Violated Heroine. That would be a huge undertaking though, given how massive that game was.

I mean, yeah.. that was the point of the merge. The days were already done and released so it honestly did seem like it was mainly a technical update meant to make the game easier to work with for the developers. That and bug fixes.

Isekai, In a world without my smartphone is one of those games that I was highly enjoying, but reached the end of that current update. After waiting for a while, months at least, I checked back on it and saw that it had been abandoned. I was so disappointed to see that it had been abandoned, and hope to see it get back into development again

Gates Motel, Proud Father, C-Plan (before the rework, even better), Life with Milf... but none of them could compare with the pain i got when Kindred the redburns got abandoned. One of the best games i've ever played.

Ah, the Redburns. What a game!! If I remember, it had some rare scenes of cum-on-food. It was well written, had an interesting story, a the paths were just bifurcating so you and your sister could be either kind or dominant to the girl you rescued. It was shaping up to be even more exciting, but I believe the developer's health got to him.

The problem is, there are many games particularly on the incest side that are "technically" not abandoned. But the updates are so slow it might as well be. Meanwhile the characters you wanted to interact with never get updates.

i would bring back Our Fate, hands down. was my favorite game with some of the best writing back then. really really miss it. a group tried to revive it but said Ced made them shut it down. so who the hell knows. maybe it will come back?

honorable mentions. i miss Ecchi Sensei. that game was always a train ride of disaster and fun. fucking crazy. dark mind patch all the way. my Fuyu. =(

i also miss Devin's Life. it had just moved to renpy and started getting really good when the author bounced back to real life after covid. My sweet Neighbours too. another great game disappeared when it started getting really good.
