Hey everyone, does anyone know which game this is from?

One of the forum members used this image as an avatar, but he couldn't remember which game it was from since he's played so many. To be honest, I only have this image and I'm not even sure if it's a screenshot from a game or just an edited picture. I'd be really grateful for any help:
