If this is the actual topic of the question: If I was in your situation I would be shit out of luck.
Can't buy a new computer, or get more storage drives? Well, start deleting shit, I guess.
Alternatively, start putting games on USB memory sticks instead of on the computer. They're cheap, and you can sometimes "find" them free some places.

I start the full cleanup process using WizTree and usually a re-install of Windows, it takes days to complete but I don't need to micromanage my free space.

You can get a 1TB external SSD drive for around $50USD these days. If your notebook runs fine and storage is your only issue, that is the way to go. 1TB is more than enough space for dozens, if not hundreds of games.

Personally I just use my Network Attached Storage to dump the rar, zip, 7zip and tar files to reduce the risk of files getting corrupted and delete old VNs/Games that I haven't played in a while. When I was struggling with money I saved up about $250 at the time and bought a 2tb external hard drive.

My go to method now is to by an external USB-C NVMe enclosure and then throw a PCI-E 3.0 or 4.0 NVMe drive in there. Enclosures can be purchased for around $20 and you can use any size drive you want. Ends up being a ton of space and speed for way less than an already put together drive would cost.

Look in the App Data-Roaming-Ren'py file and see how big that is. It's all just duplicate save files for all the Ren'Py games you've ever played on that machine and it can get pretty big without even noticing.

Just understand, if you bin those saves from an old game you deleted last year, they're gone and if you decide to reinstall the game you'll have to start over completely.

Delete old games, and old videos I downloaded, saved me another gigabyte at least, and I continue downloading.

I mostly delete games when I played the update.

For example why would you keep 'what a legend' the last update was 2 years ago, when a new update comes I just download the whole game. Another game like Symphony of the Serpent updates every 2 weeks, I mostly keep the last update, so I can quicker play it.

Buy an external hard drive and plug it in via USB.

If your notebook doesn't have USB, you're out of luck for downloading and should just play in browser on websites like itch.io

It's a real struggle. Some are fat even as zips (7-8g) and then unzipped (10g). I have two flash drives, one I store the zip files as backups, and the other is where they are unzipped and played from. This allows me to keep savegames and the like without me constantly having to delete games to save space.

I've started going through my games folder by sorted on reverse date.
Most of the oldest stuff I've got no idea what it is. So I check each one and look up what the game is actually about. Any updates worth downloading?
Most of the time I find it's not something I'll ever look at again and I delete it. My disk space is inching up by the day now.
