discussion What world setting is most interesting for you?

[kjeremiah982]

Destiny has one of the (in my opinion) coolest settings.

[Xeno_Frost]

i don't care that much for NSFW
and for SFW i lean more toward fantasy and sci-fi but I'm fine with anything really

[thrashpoint]

Fantasy, and one of the most interesting worlds in my opinion is the one from the Manga/Anime called 'Made in Abyss'

It takes place on an Island that has a massive deep hole in the center of the village and has a variety of different alien-like biomes. Once you descend past a certain point you can't return to the surface.

If you haven't seen it I highly recommend it

I like the fantasy modern genres, like monsters and magic, but in modern settings because it allows for some really creative combinations of technology and magic

[Mr. Toad]

Honestly just a normal realistic world, waay too many games do this "we are in a VR game and alternate between fantasty/scifi etc."

[a1fox3]

Medieval style is what I like the most.
I like modern day style also.

[evvi]

Medieval and post apocalyptic are the most cliché but can easily be good if well done, I also like survival themes like abandoned on a place or traveling to another place

[Aororoa]

I actually like running the gamut between extremely high(or sufficently advanced) fantasy, high scifi, or a fantasyic/scifi hybrid. Urban fantasy used to be my jam, but I'm trying to take a break from it.

[Yamirus]

Post apocalyptic works everytime, but on anime style stuff, fantasy works the best, cyberpunk does it too

scifi and fantasy are my favorites but i like all kind of worlds

[edgat]

Post apocalyptic in sfw or nsfw games are the best for me.

Realistic, normal setting in both regular and adult games. Scifi stuff doesn't work for me

[bapcules]

The idea of being stranded on a deserted island with 10 sex bombs has its appeal.

[CheeseDragon]

any setting that is used to its fullest potential

[NateH]

Doing things you are not supposed to. I mean "Exceeding expectations" not "Taboo". Like conquering all the Viking realm as an exile in Mount and Blade, becoming hollow instead of actually finishing the game like in Dark Souls 3 or hooking up with a loli

[Shiro]

I absolutely love fantasy medieval settings. There's nothing that gets close to this setting at all. Both in NSFW and SFW works.
