Leisure Suit Larry in the early 80's on my friend's Commodore 64 with a 5" floppy drive, and we launched the game from a DOS command prompt before Windows was a thing. They had an Apple 2e on a cart at my elementary school that they wheeled around from class to class for different classrooms to share, but we played Oregon Trail on that PC rather than Leisure Suit Larry, obviously.

If we're counting flash games then it was one of the Meet & Fuck games on Newgrounds, dont remember which one since they all bleed together. If we're talking only like ren'py/rpgm type games then it would be either Sisterly Lust or maybe Freeloading Family possibly something else came before but these are the ones that I think I played first.

Flash makes me think of one game: Robozou. Impossible to unlock everything without a walkthrough, but intriguing even without the secrets!
