Simple. One day, over five years ago, I downloaded Acting Lesson (torrent) out of nothing to do. That's where it all started.

Damn, and that was the one the dev pissed everyone off by making it a sad ending (no matter what.)

You still see them. I found a pack on The Pirate Bay a couple years back. OK, but not so good graphics and of course the dumb gameplay. The pack even included a cartoon of a kid talking about it (and even mentioned the left vs right tit thing - and was playing one that was working in a coal mine meet & fuck.
