My first game was an arcade game that I believe was a Smurfs game.

First porn game I'm not sure, but in some compilations of pirated CDs with SNES games that were common here in my country there were some games where if you solved the puzzles, photos of naked women appeared.

Leisure Suit Larry, Lola 3D, Charlie Pays the Rent (Flash) and there was a Sims-like game with sex in it, if I remember correctly, but I do not know what it was called.
As for first adult game I played in this sense, could be something like Visiting Aunt Sara, Dreams of Desire, Man of the House or Acting Lessons. Can't really say sadly...

Going with adult themed games and Leisure Suit Larry such a classic and love the humour in it. Played most of them.

Cobra Mission and Knights of Xentar were one the first games i remember way way back playing and they were fun rpg games back in the day with a bunch of h-scenes.
