Honestly I don't remember, but it was probably a RPG maker game. I tried a lot of them on Hongfire years ago.

My very first AVN ever was probably Paradise Heights at least 20 years ago. When it comes to the more modern AVNs I can't really remember for certain. I do know playing the game Choices made me want to play interactive novels again, and while searching for that I came across the 3D AVNs of the current day. I tried them out in probably 2019 and I guess either Freeloading Family, Sisterly Lust or Dreams of Desire was my first one. My true AVN-"addiction" started when I bought Acting Lessons on Steam, because that game made me realize there are also AVNs that are not only about sex but can also have a decent story at minimum.

Mine was Dual Family, which back in 2017 (I think?) was a top-tier game. Too bad the dev turned out to be a sleazy grifter who somehow managed to maintain $40k/MONTH (!!!) on his Patreon for two entire years without actually releasing an update. (Seriously, it was so bad a lot of people started speculating that he was using the Patreon to launder money).

A long time ago, I played a flash game about a robot that helped a boy control people's minds and then he fucked them. Started with his mother and sister, then his teacher and some others. A few years ago, I tried to find it again, without knowing its name (Robotzou). Searching for it, I came across Bad Brother Saga (Bad Bobby Saga). Then searching for newer versions of that, I found... that other site, and the rest, as they say, is history.

For me I think it was Treasure of Nadia, it took so long to finish it but I really enjoyed it. Then it was Being a DIK and College King that really got me hooked.

I honestly can't remember the name of my first game I got into, it was about a boy with a heart disease who went to a school with other disabled people, and you got to pick which girl you would pursue. the art was nice, and the story oddly beautiful at times. After that I found some other game I can't remember the name of, and then it just spiralled out of control x)
