my first was a crummy game i wrote myself back in the days of flash. flash is now dead and i had lost the game in a fire(unfortunately the free site i had my games on went under before i thought to recover it since i had bigger problems back then)

Mine was Double Homework by Love-Joint.

Yo I totally forgot about Love-Joint (RIP). I really enjoyed DFD by him and played it pretty much to completion. As for my first lewd game, I think it was one of those flash games you'd find on Newgrounds (although it wasn't on Newgrounds from what I remember).

this is probably a deep cut, but there was this gacha game called osawari island on Nutaku. I came for the porn (pun intended) but stayed for the gameplay. There was a rhythm you got into when you swapped characters in to hit and racked up combos. I've never found another game that plays like that, it was really fun

I was always a big fan of management games. At the time, I only had access to a phone and not much else. Since phone games suck, I started looking for online management games. This inevitably made me discover TFGames and Free Cities.

I fell in love with Free Cities and spent quite a bit of time on the games subreddit. Eventually, I burnt out and began looking for more games. I explored Reddit for a time, but spend a ton of time, and money, browsing through Patreon for games. Even ended up purchasing some really crappy 3D posing software that was advertised as a game.

Eventually, I discovered HGG through the FC subreddit since that's where FC Pregmod was hosted. Between Reddit and HGG, I saw people discussing F95, which was a pretty new site at the time. After I eventually checked it out, I became addicted.

Technically not a VN but I played some random dating sim and ofc the infamous Legend of Krystal (even though I'm by no means a furry). Played one of the Larry games some years ago, still fun games but the moon logic kills it for me.
