The first game i can remember was Meet n fuck's threesome fun on Newgrounds wich i played some good 11/12 years ago
as for real non browser games oldest i remember is summertime saga (i know it's not the first but the other ones i only vaguely remember)

I fell in love with the story write off the bat and thank god for that because I had no idea that I was going to be waiting around 25-30 hours before I got to see my first eroge scene. In the end it was awesome and I have been hooked ever since.
