Bones' Tales for a month or two. Never again will I pay for something that isn't completed. That was years ago and it's still unfinished.
It seems that porn devs change their dev cycles too often and change their plans.

When I discovered Carnal Instinct, I thought it was great and the stuff planned in the roadmap appealed to me, so I signed up to their Patreon to support them and get access to releases earlier. It was fine for a month or two, but, not long after, updates weren't coming as frequently as I had hoped and the content I was looking forward to never seemed any closer, until one day the devs made the decision to migrate to Unreal Engine 5 and had to restart basically from scratch, at which point I stopped supporting. This was years ago, and I don't even know if the UE5 version of the game has as much content now as it did back when I first played it. Maybe technically it does, but I tried it again recently, and the game world is so much bigger than the UE4 version that everything feels empty. Moreover, they decided to take what was a sandbox and added a bunch of mandatory content such as a longish tutorial mission that's boring as fuck. They also locked character customization behind another quest, such that, if you don't know what you're doing, you can play for hours before you even get the option to change your appearance, and the bigger world makes it harder to find the collectible items required to customize your character in the first place. Overall it wasn't a great experience and it definitely made me sceptical of paying for content in development, and, combined with other not-so-positive experiences on the platform, of the Patreon system as a whole.

The first ones I bought was the Sakura games bundle on Humble Bundle almost a decade ago, still never played them. First one I actually played was Sisterly Lust and it was worth it.

Custer's Revenge on Atari, and no, it was weird and really low res game. Also weird because my friend's dad gave it to us to play, and probably also one of the most racist games ever made. Big 80s controversy over that game.

The only time I've ever spent on adult games was for some Japanese VN that I won't be able to name now because it was many years ago and can't remember anymore. Did it when I first started getting into adult games. It was to unlock additional clothing options and customization for the characters, which I saw on their Patreon, or something along those lines.

I wouldn't say it was worth it. Compared to the type of content I seek for in adult games today, I remember that game's content being very mild in comparison but I obviously didn't have the frame of reference back then when I was a green ol' thing. And as I said, I can't remember much of that game and I haven't played it since anyway.

I'd probably spend money to support devs I like but I'm apprehensive with leaving a financial trail on adult content.

Princess & Conquest, I played the demo version for a few days before deciding that It seemed like a game that I would actually enjoy. I bought it when it was on sale and still come back to it every now and then.

Pretty sure the 1st was DMD. Yes it was worth it to me because it was the first exposure to the VN. Now I might sub to one of the devs I really like for a short time as a pay it forward, but mostly use sites like LC.

I've always been to afraid to pay for porn games because I'm scared I'd get disappointed. If any of you have paid for an adult game, which was it, and was it worth it?

Hi - the first game I paid for was The Higher Society - I actually liked it so much I paid for several chapters.... It's a great game, most definitely worth it.

Boundaries of Morality. The story, gameplan, and rollout is all too compelling for me not to. The development has been great, and the dev team is very open. Sex becomes a part of the story and not necessarily the goal. It's an overtime burn, but not a slow burn and the sex makes sense to the story. You could potentially play through the game and say, "Yeah, I can see that happening". You dont really get that quality in AVNs these days, imo.

I bought Fresh Women S1 and S2 in a bundle, it was really cheap.
S1 was worth it. S2? Not so much.
