When every woman has jugs the size of competition winning watermelons.
The characters looking like barbie dolls, across the board.
To much grinding, bad story, bad plot. If the artwork is shit but the story is good it doesn't bother me unless it is just insufferably bad art.
Waiting years for an update then developers waste time creating a scene with the ugliest fucking character imaginable that no one want.

An absolutely ridiculous out of left field plot point, even in a porn game, can just suck me right out of the immersion of the story, such as somehow having a random alien niece out of no where.

Unavoidable niche fetishes are what usually cause me to nope out of a game. I mean, if I know it's there in the first place, I usually just won't even play it, but if it's sprung on me halfway through the game, with no warning, it gets me pretty irate. If I'm 3/4 of the way to the end and there is a surprise unavoidable NTR scene with one of the active LIs, or the LI I've spent half the game trying to get into bed turns out to be a trap or futa... yeah, that's a hard no from me. If I have the choice to avoid it, I won't even always do so, it's mostly about not having the choice in the first place.
1) Tags/Fetishes I hate: NTR, Swinging, Rape, Scat,ect
2) If playing a harem game unavoidable lesbianism (I massively prefer when harem members are friends or like family but not intimate with each other) I personally don't find it hot and drop almost every game that does this
3) Again in harem games where you can't refuse or avoid a particular love interest that you are not interested in
4) A love interest giving too much information on what their sex life was like before they met your MC (In most cases I don't expect them to be virgins but I don't find it hot to hear how an LI used to like getting railed by an entire football team of guys since I don't like Slut LI's and will actively avoid them where possible or if not possible drop a game.

Grinding unnecesarilly!
I don't like when a MC is making a harem, and all the girls just easily accept the situation without any sort of pushback or any slow acceptance. Also hate when a character is overly eager to just get into it with the MC. I love the corruption aspect of AVNs and taking short cuts throws me out.
Female MC period, bad art, bad English (unless intentional to denote say, a Slavic character), unoptimized sandbox (by which I mean clunky map, or little explanation of how to navigate such as places you can click not really highlighting or being obvious), RPGM (it has bad art during anything that isn't a CG, and I cant stand the RPG-like sections/open world), almost no NSFW (I'm fine with a slow burn when it comes to important characters, but if you're going an entire update with no more than a nipslip or something similar, you're doing something wrong), NTR that's either unavoidable or "skippable" (it happens but you don't see it), ideally it wouldn't be in games at all, but if it's at least something you can obviously and easily prevent (or able to be turned off entirely at game start) I'll at least give the rest of the game a try, but in the same vein when a dev constantly has other asshole dudes swooping in at the girls, that you then have to beat off (with your fists, in a fighting context), even if its guaranteed never to end badly, like, I just want to deal with hot babes, I don't need antagonists too. stupid grind (i.e. do the same thing 5 times ESPECIALLY if locked to times or days of the week, only to get one step of progress on a LI), Japanese 2DCG (the art isn't bad persay, but I just cant stand it), scat, gore, Futa/Trans/Trap LIs or fuckable characters unless they're completely avoidable (and very obvious what they are so you aren't just suddenly surprised with a dong, its unpleasant), real porn, incompetent writing (while I get not every dev is a Pulitzer prize winning author, there is a bar they shouldn't be going under), updates that take genuinely a year+, I understand things take time, but even if it results in smaller updates, I'd prefer every few months (or every 6 or so) rather than waiting a whole year and forgetting about the game, and finally (at least off the top of my head) games that either get rid of love interests (looking at you acting lessons), or force you to pick and choose, i.e. if you pick one girl, you're locked out of another, or punished for dating several (if I like the girls, give me all of them please and thank you). Of course, that's just the ones I'm able to come up with right now, I'm sure there's more, I'm quite picky sometimes.
