Another one for me - the unstoppable desire of a dev to make some "interesting" and "brand new" puzzle or grind mechanics in his creation while people are playing with one hand without a want to solve some riddles or grind endlessly. Dude just let me beat ma meat in peace and if you want to make some "unique" shit in the PORN game at least make it so it feels more rewarding then a burden

Also it can be a combination of tags that just makes me go NOPE.
But major ones just of the top of my head:
Ntr, Sandbox, Female protagonist, Futa/trans protagonist, Trap, Sissy, Futa/Trans/Trap/Sissy forced upon MC, Gay, Swinging, Sharing, RPG, Platformer..... You know... The usual shit that makes people grind their teeth and think horrible things that could happen to a dev if wishes would come true.

If it's not an online game I find it a morally right to cheat in such games, I don't enjoy such content either, since it feels like the dev is simply wasting your time by the gameplay slower. Another thing I dislike is the sudden retcon of characters by whatever reason.

My 'landlady' walking in on me catching me banging my virtual 'landlady' and then kicking me out of the house forcing me to go live with my estranged father who happens to have 3 'roommates'.

real, like dawg, IM TRYING TO NUT, not trying to sweat my hands off. its why i usually use tools to cheat on the games cus im not gonna spend the time to grind for like an hour to MAYBE get hard again at the end.
at that point i dont even want to goon anymore.

When the artist doesn't even try to hide that most of the characters are just mid body-swaps of one another, so here I am trying to get through character 2's route and then suddenly it just garishly hits me that oh, this is the literal exact same scene as was with character 1, same pose and everything, but the model has different hair and maybe a different bust size

Like man come onnnn surely you could do SOMETHING to mask it a little more???
