What tags/content or features ruin a game for you?

Is there any that immediately make you go "hell no"?

For me it's turn based combat and the obvious censored tags

What ruins a game for me? Feet.

Mostly just feet. Never cared for it.

Sometimes, grinding. But if it's in Ren'Py, I can usually get around that because I do have some coding knowledges of my own.

Gay and futa in general. I'm starting to be into furry stuff for some degenerated reason, but 90% of those games are tagged as gay or futa. Nothing wrong with that, but it is a huge turnoff for me.

Just out of curiosity is it difficult to do some light coding to skip the grind? Like change money value? What would you need to do that or can you do it inside the game/game folder?

I would use any Ren'Py extractors if it's encrypted. Then I'd try to use a Dev Console to see what code is being used. I look in the game folder, where the files are in a rpy format. Look for the obvious ones that would contain these money and skills.

This one tends to help me out a lot. Though, there is another one that's called... something Universe or some shit. I can't really remember. I have never tried rpatool before so I can't really help you there.

But here. Once you extract files, be sure to put the app inside of the game folder you want to decrypt. Don't put it in at the root, but in the 'game' folder. Then click on the app. There should be a numbered list. Click on each of them or just the rpyc files. But this will open both images and files.

Long and verbose dialogues are also a turn off for me! Why use a thousand words when you could use less than half and get the same meaning?!...we all know the answer...

Yeah, that's not even a game, and a fucking waste of time. And yes, having to keep doing the same thing over and over is called grinding and it fucking sucks.

while i understand your point its a bit of a double edged sword doing that as a lot of the time when a dev does that they end up alienating or losing a percentage some times a major one of supporters who liked the game as it was. Obviously its my opinion everyone is entitled to their own but i think a dev should create the game they want to create and enjoy working on rather than making a game just to bring in plenty of funds it should be their story to tell that they actually enjoy doing. The people who post comments like that aren't supporters anyway they just want their kinks to be forced upon every game so they can get their thrills screw anyone else or what the dev wants to create. Its better to create the game how you want and with true supporters than with people like that. but as life is sometimes money trumps all.
