Gotta be when plot is abandoned in favour of getting to the action quicker. Unfortunately bit of a double-edged sword since if updates go by without a lack of action especially with a new game it can be a real problem externally. Taking the proper time to set up a good story and keep the perfect pace to keep the payoffs of the risks/taboo rolling is a very-fine-line to walk without killing the game.

The thing mornaa hate the most is when devs make the mc forgive anyone and anything for insane and extreme stuff just because having a backbone or any kind of conflict with someone you're attracted to makes it impossible to romance them in their mind.

Love interests constantly talking about what a good person the mc is. You can't just tell me someone's nice, they have to do shit. "Show, don't tell" is kinda overplayed as far as writing advice goes, but there is a reason everyone says that.
