Portuguese, but it's rare. I prefer playing in english, since many localizations are bad, and most of them are translated from the english version, regardless of the original language.

Besides English, if the developer is a natural speaker of my native language, I play in my native language. This does not apply to machine translation options, of course. My language is not on the list, so I had nothing to vote for.
