Older stuff. Anything rock based from 60s garage and proto punk, 70s stuff, old prog rock through 80s 90s rock and metal.

For new music I find there's not a lot of good stuff being released in the rock and standard metal genres. So for new releases it's pretty much extreme metal only. Black metal in its various and ever expanding subgenres.
