I usually skip kinetic novels (VNs without choices.) or if I find out game has very short playtime or is just one or two interactive scene.

I hate KNs. They aren't games. If I want something not making choices I'd just watch porn.

Anything 2D or cartoonish (Japanese or Western) 3D. Sandbox (usually it's "guess which place to go to advance the game, grinding, even worse if time is included.), fantasy theme, ntr.

For me, it's mainly the art style and render quality; Honey Select models aren't an instant pass if the dev actually puts effort into lighting and posing. I also tend to skip anything that looks like it'll be mostly grindy puzzles, but a strong premise can still pull me in.

After reading through the past responses I find I agree with most of them.

My turn offs to a game to be passed on are as follows:

Censored or No Sexual Content ( I mean whats the point at all of these Tags )
Sandbox and Mini games ( what a giant waste of time )
Any story that takes 4 years to develop just to maybe see oral sex. ( I am all for development and anticipation but c'mon )
Gay - Futa - Furry or any Beastiality = HARD PASS
Multiple protagnists ( Dont enjoy playing female MC's)
Real Porn
Cartoon style - 2d or Honey Select style that makes all the women seems the same or just too fake and unrealistic.
Giant Asses and Boobs beyond any realism.
Necrophillia, Scat, Gore, Vore or NTR (not into that sick shit)
A MC that's a Simp, Cuck or any weak persona that toally unrelatable.

While I am big fan or smooth animations I have found some games so well told with great renders where I could overlook poor or no animations.
Give me a straight up Normal or at least masculine MC 20+ age with great renders and a decent story.
Must include Creampie, Vaginal Sex and some good character personalities and Fuckable Li's.
Best Games IMO have at least some Hebe's or younger LI's, Incest and Pregnancy with Smooth animations and lewd Sounds.
The story can be really any setting so long as it's interesting and well thought out. Do prefer a MC with a Normal to slightly larger Penis ( the super 16 inch is just ridiculous )

I instantly skip over if the art style isn't to my liking at all. I can deal with a game if it's a bit off or doesn't have animations as long as the art style is decent enough.
Certain tags such as NTR, scat, real porn and some others is also a instant pass.
I also once found a game that was bit of a mess from the technical point of view: the game would always launch on my 2nd monitor and still be mostly off-screen. No in-game setting to fix it or a way to force it to launch on main monitor apart from just disabling the 2nd monitor. Couldn't really bother with a mess like that.
