I have like some, but 95% of the time there just junk to stop the game.

1. Pointless Sandbox and Minigames (Anything that halts your progress for the sake of wasting your time)
2. Too many LIs (Instead of just focusing on a few interesting characters)
3. A single NTR scene on a non-NTR game (If you're going to add NTR to your game, might as well make it a reoccurring theme and not just a one off tease)

But if we're talking less abstract, then...nothing. If there's a kink I'm not into, I watch the scene anyways, get disgusted, and then rollback.

Sandbox, most of them are just tedious to me. I have rarely found one that wasn't tedious and it would have definitely been a lot better of a game without the sandbox anyways.

Sissification and non-avoidable NTR, immediate no from me.

For me it's gore, scat, and furry. If a game has some gore (like Ravenous) but it's in an action scene then I'll tolerate it. If it's central to the lewd elements then I'm out.

I hate when in the middle of the story some popups show up like "Warning - XYZ content - do you want to avoid it?".

Or when the creator mentions about himself during the game. Something like "The End... ... ... ... LOL, haha, I'm just joking. You thought it will end so soon? Let's proceed with the game."
