I don't like quite a lot of stuff.
It's more than i have listed below:

Netorare/Netorase (cuckold), Sharing, Swinging, Female Protag, Sissification, Futa/Trans/Gay/(unavoidable pure Lesbianism, it's ok if the MC is fully involved), Real Porn, Bestiality.
Pretty much all things that involve other dicks or substitutes, except the one the heterosexual male (preferrably human) MC is using.

I also really try to avoid FemDom, Tentacles, Monster Sex, all forms of Prostitution, Sandbox, Scat, Rape and Shota, Voyeurism of watching other people (especially LIs) do lewd things not with the MC, BDSM.

... Makes having meaningful comments on games much more difficult, to grind credits, if i don't want to play a lot of the games here ...
