9 Days of Service
Yeah, that's why I use Lewdzone; they pull everything from F95 without deleting anything.Good takes, but f95zone, is better in my opinion. When it comes to updating the game faster. F95zone feels like they're more consistent, and more up to date. And when I look at how many games there are, I am pretty sure f95zone has more games from what I've seen. Then there's the last criteria, the lewdzone download links aren't as good as the ones from f95zone, as they feel more sketchy. Anyways yeah I agree with the making a new Account, that can be annoying for a lot, but it's worth it imo.
Off topic though who is AceCyclone?
Sure, but F95 deletes games overnight—and hey, honestly, F95 is the better choice for users...
You know why?
As a user of the site, you just have to download things; I can quickly create a throwaway account and instantly have access...
But do you know what it feels like when you actually work on the site?
Creating mods, uploading games (I was a Jr. Uploader there),
developing software...
(They didn't even acknowledge two donations I made and banned me just because I shared something from LewdCorner)
It was over 100 dollars... and I had already donated 682 before that...
Yeah, that’s the kind of person they ban, too.
But anyway, the point is...
...that it absolutely sucks for someone who does translations.
I mean, do you really want to have to get approval for content every single time—like on ULMF?
You can't even upload a mod without needing approval from a moderator.
You know, for the people working there—especially translators—it's a hassle, because honestly, every Japanese or Chinese game contains hidden content involving minors...
And I have no desire to wait four weeks for a ticket response just to check if a certain piece of content is okay.
For users, it’s not a problem; they don't work with the site.
They just download and enjoy.
The worst part is that a lot of people working on the site—doing translations and whatnot—don't pay attention to this stuff or the rules, and then they're surprised when they get permanently banned just because some user who doesn't like them reports a post—and bam, banned.
And here's another shitty thing:
A user told me there are so many assholes on F95 who report you for every little piece of shit.
For example, a friend of mine... he posted:
"Get banged by dog"
A user reported him with the reason:
"Content not acceptable to post"
The user had to promise the staff member (Pezzo) that he would never post that again—
"get banged by dog"
Can you believe that?
Such extreme "thread police"—you end up talking to a staff member on Discord over four words... and having to promise them you won't write those four words again.
And this user is a prolific uploader on the site.
Well, the thread police are really ruining the site.
The content police.
As long as you didn't have any dealings with the mods and admins, that site was the best one for me, too...
I was lucky enough to enjoy certain freedoms there for years that others didn't have.
But things went downhill from the day I first interacted with the team—after they unbanned me—and realized just how many people reported others for every little piece of crap.
And generally speaking, from the day...
I started working with the site and interacting more and more with the team...
To put it briefly...
The moderators' actions might actually be the reason why the site is becoming more popular.
In any case, I no longer want to have to—and this is the worst part—submit a ticket and get a mod's approval...
...to check whether a game violates the rules.
As a user, that is precisely the sort of thing you never see.
You just download and enjoy.
You don't do anything for the site.
Anyone who works for the site gets to experience just how shitty things can get—especially translators who get banned for no reason "because they're translating a game that breaks the rules."
And I really enjoy being able to write this here... without having to deal with a mod.
You wrote "dog"—that counts as bestiality content... please promise me you'll never write "dog" again.
That’s exactly the point.
A user who just downloads—
—who just enjoys the content—
—doesn't see all that bullshit, and for that reason, every user is going to prefer F95.
I mean, who do you know on the team?
What have you done for F95?
Did you create mods?
Did you do translations?
Were you an uploader?
Did you hold the "Modder" rank?
I did all of that.
Especially getting the "Modder" rank—back when a mod ruthlessly deleted 25 of my threads...
...and I had to redo everything from scratch.
