What is one movie everyone should watch at least once?

Galaxy Quest

A film that can be described as:

1) The BEST Star Trek film EVER
2) GREAT Comedy
3) A journey of discovery for its main Characters (Alan Ricman going from HATING to embracing the alien character played by the actor he plays is AWESOME)
4) GREAT fun

Just a thought

25th hour

hugely underappreciated film IMO

also, Blade Runner 2049 is the best in-theatre experience I've ever had, I would pay considerable money to watch it in a good theater again, it's just not the same on a smaller screen, the movie is insanely beautiful

Well, let's try to say one different from everyone here.

Captain Fantastic

I really enjoyed the idea of a family away from the world having to face its consequences, but trying to equilibrate the pros and cons

Tron for one of the earliest uses of computer generated graphics and an amazing soundtrack

Tron Legacy for pure audio and visual glory

Ghost in the Shell for gorgeous art, beautifully soundtrack and exploration of transhumanism

Hoodwinked for the interconnected perspectives of the characters (be prepared for not the best visuals because the move barely had a budget)

Dredd (2012) for a simple but amazingly made action movie (also check out about its production)
The old or new Ghost in the shell?

The Game 1997
Love Me If You Dare ( : Jeux d'enfants,  'Children's Games') is a 2003
life is beautiful
dancer in the dark
testament 1983

It's been said a million times, but Lord of the Rings. The movies are a masterpiece based on the greatest fantasy story ever told.
I'm also gonna be a spicy boy and say that Star Wars is overrated and always was.

Funny movie. It did everything but call Shakner's name out as someone who took all the glory and credit. They did a great job at hinting without saying his name. And a side note, I met Alan Rickman at a dinner in 2002. My ex-wife opened a Coca-Cola and under the cap, it said "grand prize winner. Harry Potter tour". Coke flew us and 2 other people out to London alone with 49 other winners. 200 people total. We got to meet the actors and have dinner with them in the Natural Museum of History. Alan Rickman sat at my table... One of the nicest most humble people you could ever meet.

Good Will Hunting. Robin Williams at his best and the dialogues are pure eargasms.

Saving Private Ryan

this might be qalittle sad but i still own the vhs set of that (still wrapped in its plastic too never opened LOL)

If I had to pick one movie everyone should watch at least once, I’d suggest 12 Angry Men. It’s not necessarily flashy, but it’s an incredible study of human nature, the justice system, and the power of persuasion. The entire film takes place in a single room, but the way it builds tension and challenges each character’s biases is masterful. It’s a great example of how dialogue-driven films can be just as gripping as big-budget spectacles, and it’s still relevant today in terms of how we think about justice, truth, and how easily we can be influenced by our surroundings.
