Pretty much the same as others here -- Scat, Futa, Bestiality and Guro. Other tag that I mostly avoid in games is yuri, at least if it's the focus. Don't really have anything against it, but if I'm playing a game I want more than that, generally.

I don't want to watch people getting hurt unless I'm defending someone. I don't like being humiliated. Ugly girls (including those with massive breasts) and boys pretending to be girls (not including hermaphrodites or futas with both sets of genitalia) are a huge no thank you. Ugly illustrations in general. Gay furry games are an instant ignore. But if I could remove one fetish from everything forever, it would be Guro. I have no problem kink shaming people who enjoy that.

There are things I generally do not like, such as masculine gay content, furries, futas, hyper-exaggerated breast/genital sizes, other similar tame subjects. There are things that strongly gross me out, such as vomit/bodily fluids, bestiality, young children, violent rape and gore, all that nasty stuff, some of which is just icky and some of which disgusting and sad.

But the thing that creates the most immediate visceral disgust and contempt in me is NTR/cuck shit.
