I tend to forget to eat or drink with games like these... in fact I usually completely lose track of time too

Carbonated water with freshly squeezed lemon or lime. Not from a can, but a sodastrem/Aarke carbonator. Or chilled water with celtic sea salt and potassium. Need to keep up your electrolytes.
