discussion What console/gaming machine do you own and what games you play on them?

I was thinking it might be fun to maybe talk about what consoles/gaming machine we own and what games we play on them, maybe people could find fellow gaming buddies and maybe even play together in MMOs/CO-OP/multiplayer games.

I have a PC, a Switch 1 and a Switch 2.

On PC I mostly play Guild Wars 1 and Guild Wars 2 these days. Been playing Guild Wars 1 ever since it came out and been playing Guild Wars 2 since 2013, two of my favorite games ever.

On Switch I'm currently playing Grandblue Fantasy Relink Endless Ragnarok, but as "permanent" co-op games, I also play Obakeidoro 2, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Mario Kart World, Endless Ocean Luminous, Animal Crossing New Horizons, Phantom Breaker Battlegrounds Ultimate. Not a big fan of MOBAs, but I also play Pokemon Unite with a friend of mine sometimes.

As far as single player games go, I'm into JRPGs and games with cute girls (go figure lol) and I'm currently waiting for Thursday for the Xenoblade Chronicles 2 Switch 2 version to drop, so that I can replay the game for the 4th time (replayed it 3 times on Switch 1, it's my favorite Xenoblade out of all 4 games).

Games I enjoy are lego games, zelda, pokemon, devil may cry, ninja Gaiden, genshin, zenless, monster hunter, need for speed, and nier to name a few. I do tend to enjoy more single player games or pve over pvp

I don't like PVP games either, the games I play online are always CO-OP or if they're MMOs I stay pure PVE.

These days I play a lot of single players too (I used to be an MMO junkie for 10 years when from 16 years old to when I was 26 years old), but after that I shifted back to single player mostly, but I still don't mind some CO-OP for games that are fun.

Guild Wars 1 and Guild Wars 2 are exceptions for me, the only MMOs I still touch, because they've been with me for more than half of my life, I love their story and lore and they have horizontal progression (you make your gear once and then it's done, max level and gear always stays the same).

P.S: I play Pokemon and Zelda too, but didn't mention them since they're not games that I actively play at the moment, if I were to mention all series I play it would take forever, haha.

I used to have a playstation, but the ex kinda got that when we separated, and I haven't sunk the cash into another major console. Frankly, their online business models mean I'm not likely to do so anytime soon.

i only have a playstaition 1 and Nitendo called Super Nintendo Entertainment System. But the Europe Version.
I have not played it over 15 years so i dont know which games i have. I only knew that i have a Mario game and on Playstation Driver and some other games.

I used to want to get a Playstation too during the PS4 era, before Sony moved their HQ to California and started being against ecchi games. That was the sole reason why I wanted one, since back then most ecchi games were going to Playstation.

I own a Nintendo Switch and a PS4 slim, and I mainly play Metroidvania games such as Castlevania, Bloodstained, Ender Lilies, Ender Magnolia, and many others.

PC for strategy games and games from here! XBOX for sports and other types of games.

I had all the consoles from the 80s forward, then PS4 came out without backwards compatability. The chip to emulate would have cost them about $6 per console. All Microsoft had to do then was include it in the XBone, but they shit the bed too. Kind of pulled the wind out of my sails: what's the point if it's gonna evaporate on a whim? (Oops, one capacitor melted, now you can't access thousands of dollars in games YOU bought; you should RE PURCHASE them here!) Been using PC and playing goofy indie games and emulators since. I don't like giving someone control who has proven they will screw you over.

I have a phone too, I guess.

PS5 and PC mainly play genshin, ZZZ, HSR and Arknights Endfiled. I mainly use my PC just for Hgames honestly.

I’m a big fan of FromSoftware titles by Hidetaka Miyazaki. I’ve also played The Last of Us Part 1 & 2.
I don’t play many linear‑story games. Mostly I enjoy challenging, punishing games that put my patience and skill to the test.

I have a modded switch which I mostly use to moonlight my pc games in bed. I’ve also got a miyoo mini plus for all my retro gaming needs. I still have my old Dreamcast, tho I don’t play it.

I have a Xbox 360, 3DS, PC. Pretty much only on PC these days.
Recently ive been playing Forza Horizon 6, Palworld, OSRS, HotS, Divinity 2, Warframe, Division 2, and a handful of indie games.

I have a ps5, 3ds, and a switch. I wish I had time to play more games but I work almost 80 hours a week so I've been mainly playing pokemon games on my 3ds between breaks. Gen 1-6 or whatever ultra sun was. I use android ports for avns but it's not the same.

Last consoles I had was a PS4 and and Nintendo Switch, I used to be a COD gamer back in the day but eventually fell into League and an occasional Zelda/Smash Bros games

Ps4/ps5 and my gaming pc. I'll try just about anything. I like RTS, dungeon crawlers, sim games like elite dangerous or farming simulator. Just really depends on the mood. Cod series or battlefield with friends. Racing games for the competition. Or skyrim like games for the fantasy and story.

I have a modded Nintendo Switch. Recently I played Unravel Two with my gf. I tried to get her into portal but my whole console crashed and I had to reformat the SD card. I've also played games like Zelda and Fire Emblem on it.

I'm considering buying a PS5 but only when it's hacked.
