Not counting stuff I won't play at all due to tags (futa, ntr, etc), graphics (koikatsu or any cartoon) or engine (RPGM, HTML, Unity, Unreal Engine):

Blueballing, Kinetic Novel or nearly (choices don't matter or it's a choice between game ends or continues), stupid or asshole MC, cosplay shit, ...

Poorly written VNs with walls of text and very few choices. I can handle grindy sandbox games over that.

Inability to experience the whole game in one playthrough. Unless it's a short game with little-to-no grind whose entire point is playing it many times trying to reach different results, I hate it when I can't just keep one save and see the entire content of the game. Like, I don't want to grind for a couple of hours through the same content, having to do the same choices I did before, just to see a different branch of the game. It's annoying.

Personally it really annoys me a lot when in games on the theme of incest the game starts directly with sex scenes between the family. the first reason is that it's sorely lacking in realism so I'm no longer involved in the game and secondly, frankly, it's much more exciting when you are tease before!

Right there with you. For me incest is exciting because its wrong and if everyone in the family are just ready to fuck then it just kills the game for me.

Anytime a character does something OUT of character, cheap writing, or if the main character does something highly stupid, and you can't avoid it.
