My opinion on games made with real porn depends on how well they are executed. If they are well-made — meaning they have a solid story, engaging characters, and good dialogue — then they can be interesting and even immersive. Just like any other genre, adult games need to go beyond just the explicit content to be truly enjoyable. A strong narrative and believable interactions are key to making the experience feel meaningful rather than just superficial. If those elements are missing, the game usually ends up feeling cheap or boring pretty quickly.

Since most are HTML based, I always feel that the characters (whether male or female) seem to be devoid of any genuine facial expression or engagement in the story plot; they all look bored, as though they would prefer to be watching reruns of Friends. It seems that the Ren'Py (or other engine) characters have far more "engaged" expressions. So basically, the so-called "real porn" stories and players look more fake and contrived than the truly fabricated ones....

...even the AI generated characters' expressions look more "real" (I can't believe I wrote that - I hate AI )

I'm fine with game using real porn if the game itself is interesting/well made, but most of the time the games are garbage (usually with Twine/HTML). Some games with real porn I enjoyed are Wife Trainer (back when it was made on QSP engine) and Just One More Chance (interesting concept and gameplay loop)

I think this is the future, especially when AI develops and it will be possible to generate porn indistinguishable from real ones. Then I will play such games, but for now I haven't found a good game with real porn

Detesting them would be an understatement.
They are lazy - they are boring - they are low quality. I would be totaly okay if they all got banned/removed from sites like this.

Nothing wrong with the porn in general, but there's other places for that.
