yeeea same here, it always totally takes me out of the game. there's So Many HTML games with a fun premise, but they go out of their way to include porn photos at every single interaction and like if i wanted to see that i wouldn't be playing this you know? at this point i'd much prefer it to be just a completely text-based game but you can't even turn them off most of the time ;-;

Not a fan, it signals low quality and especially because its always inconsistent. I prefer pure text games.

They have some serious downsides, like being comparatively very heavy on storage for the same amount of content, and also the difficulty in making consistent scenes.

Personally, I'm not a fan of them, like at all. I think it's more than kind of lazy. I look at it like this, let's say I take your favorite movie, and then dub it over with complete gibberish. Did I create something, really? Sure, I guess? In the laziest fucking way possible. Yeah, you'd have to do some coding and whatever, but it's the not same. I'd rather play a game with the crappiest renders you've ever seen. Because at least the dev, they're trying, and could get better at rendering their models and whatever, with some time. How do you make real porn any better? What do you even do with it? Waste of time, and effort in my opinion. That time could be spent learning to use Daz3D or HS2 or something instead of pilfering clips or stills of real porn and making it into a "game".

I'd really like to read some opinions on this. Maybe somebody makes an argument and I see that I'm way off base here. I'm not trying to shit on any of you that like those games that use real porn. I say good for you. And I don't mean that in a sarcastic way. You do you, play the games you like.

They are complete crap. I would rather play a game with hand drawn stick figures than that garbage. If the dev isn't even going to try to make a real game I'm not going to try to play it.

Most of them are junk. Partially because it is hard to get clips in various situations with consistent appearances. They can be fun distractions though and I have enjoyed a few. What I played of Gateway was interesting for example.

I imagine the only way to get a really good one would be for a real porn studio to team up with a good game creator and make one.

Man, I seem to be in the minority here. I love 'em. I've seen scenes that "do" very little for me, chopped up into a "finally have sex with my mother" that was hot as hell. Same scene used as "fuck my bitch boss" - also hot as hell. Lends truth to the phrase, "Imagination is the ultimate aphrodisiac!
